By April, many students are balancing a lot at once. Between spring sports, projects, AP tests coming up, and schoolwork, schedules can become overwhelming. As the year gets busier, it’s easy to focus only on productivity and forget how important rest and balance are for wellbeing.
During stressful times, taking care of yourself becomes even more important. Getting enough sleep, spending time outdoors, and making space for things you enjoy can help reduce stress and improve focus. April can serve as a reminder that being busy all the time is not the same as being healthy, and that balance is an important part of success.
