A Season to Slow Down
12/26/2025
The holiday season can feel like a battle between excitement and exhaustion for students. Between finals, performances, travel, and social expectations, it’s easy to forget that rest is one of the most important parts of productivity. While the holidays are normally seen as joyful and carefree, it’s normal to feel overwhelmed or emotionally drained after a long semester.

It can be as simple as getting enough sleep, spending time with people you care about, or stepping away from academic pressure for a moment. The holidays are a reminder that wellbeing isn’t only about pushing through. It’s also about pausing, reflecting, and taking time to care for yourself.
