November always reminds us to slow down, and Thanksgiving is the perfect time to do that. Gratitude isn’t just a holiday idea, it’s something that can genuinely improve student wellbeing. Recognizing small things you’re thankful for each day can shift your mindset, lower stress, and make school and extracurriculars feel less overwhelming.
Thanksgiving is also about connection, and expressing gratitude can strengthen the relationships that pull you through busy months. Saying “thank you” to friends, teachers, and family members is just as important as any big gesture. In the end, gratitude is the easiest way to take care of yourself this November.
